Inlaid mahogany writing bureau in good condition. Bureau section has embossed green leather fold down writing surface (automatic support arms) and 3 small drawers and dividers for writing materials inside. Main body has 4 drawers below. Bureau and drawers are lockable - key supplied. Measures 103 cm high x 74 wide x 47 deep. Will be allocated to first person able to confirm a mutually acceptable collection date and time. Expressions of interest not enough. Collection from ground floor flat on Worthing seafront between Steyne and Splashpoint. Car required.

New and barely used, working Lakeland expresso maker with instructions, water tank, coffee portafilter (handle), steam wand, single express shot filter and coffee scoop. The portafilter handle broke and so have replaced with wooden handle; can be a bit fiddly but works. You might be able to get a replacement handle from Lakeland. Must be collected from central Brighton (near St Nicholas Church). Will go to first to confirm collection date and time and able to pick up. Please don’t just express an interest and not follow up.
