5 Piece Raw Leather Sofa (DE56)
Dark brown unpolished (raw) leather sofa, can seat 5+ people. Comes in 7 separate parts (excluding cushions), 2 corners, 2 singles, 1 double and 2 arms. The pieces can be arranged in lots of shapes, a photo shows the U-shape with arms and double in middle, currently in straight line without the double and no arms, can also be an L shape. A few springs have gone in the double and one of its cushions is torn, everything else is okay. A bit of leather soap and a rub and it will look amazing. Collection only

Rayburn 499G MX Boiler/Oven/Stove (DE56)
Colour: Royal-Blue Fuel: Gas Note: The central heating boiler had trouble starting on a cold morning but my kitchen had no radiator and a hole in the back door. I would hope it functions without issue if the temp was okay, not 8degrees as my kitchen was. Collection: The unit was removed 3 years ago and has been sat in my garage since. The unit weighs 440kg, you will need either 4 very strong men or 6 people to lift it. I recommend ropes or roof rack binds (the flat plastic ones not the elasticated ones) You will need a vehicle with a powered tail gate, there's no way you'd be able to lift it up that high. I live down a farm lane, so nothing bigger than a 7.5t truck. Its current sat on 2 wooden 2x2, if you bring similar then you can slide it around my concrete garage floor like it's on rails as the base is a solid sheet of metal. My drive is loose stone so a vehicle that can reverse up the the garage and lower it's tailgate onto the concrete floor would make things "easier".
