Tall cupboard - 188cm high x 45cm wide x 38cm deep. Very clean condition but I had to cut a hole in the side to accommodate plug sockets I hadn’t allowed for in my measurements, hence now offering it free. Four shelves inside.

Half used bag of Bal tile cement. Perfect if you have a small tiling job and don’t want to buy a whole bag? Colour - natural. Use by date was 18th Jan but I used some yesterday and it was fine. Won’t last until my next job though.
