This used to hang outside my bungalow every year until two years ago. It’s been in the loft and looks alright. I must say the electrics look a bit dodgy but I sure someone with the right expertise could sort this, I think my husband used to attach it to other lights somehow. 😱😱.

I have one last box of quince fruit. This is an inedible fruit but once boiled with sugar, strained and bottled makes a super jelly for toast or with cheese and meats. You don’t even have the bother of peeling and coring. Everything goes in the pot. The pips contain the pectin too.

I have two brand new oak style doors. My very clever carpenter made me two smaller cupboard doors from these two doors. So these are the remains which I think another clever carpenter could possible work with. One measures 24inches wide by 63inches and has both the side bars. The top of the door is missing. The other measures 19inches wide by 63inches and has only one side board. The top,is missing. The narrow one also has saw cuts in it. They are not solid wood. Both doors at 33mm deep I hope the photos show what I am trying to say.
