Free: 'YORK FITNESS' exercise machine (Wallington, Surrey) Gifted New home wanted for my YORK FITNESS model 'x101 heritage' cross trainer exercise machine which I no longer need. It is in good condition and functional - the small batteries to the dashboard need replacing although the dash readout was working last time I used it (a while ago). The overall size of it is approx. 115cm long x 150cm high. Please note it is bulky (so is too big for a car) and it is heavy so you will need two people to lift it (and I live in a first floor flat with no lift).

Free: Large Bagful Bottle Tops (Seaford (Seaford (off Alfriston Road)) Expired Large bagful of coloured plastic bottle tops from milk bottles and soft drinks etc. They form a lovely bright colourful feature on blank/bland garden fences and screens etc once threaded onto nylon fishing line! It actually doesn't take too long to thread them - each length in my first pic took about 10 minutes once you get going (I used a small nail and a hammer to form a hole to each side of each bottle top). They are very weather resistent, mine have been outside in all weathers for well over a year with very little discolouration! If I know you are coming i will leave them outside for collection. Please don't say you want then don't turn up as that is grossly unfair on other genuine people who keep their promise to come!!

Free: 6'0" tall bamboo plants + planter (Seaford (off Alfriston Road)) Expired *Apologies - my camera doesn't seem to work properly on this site hence the 'black square' in each image? - I have 3 clumps of 6'0" tall established bambòo plants + a large double skinned grey 'slate effect' plastic planter. Each bamboo clump is in a plastic bin sack. Each bag is heavy as soil is included and you will need a reasonable size car as the plants are tall! They are ready for pick up, take one bag or more. You can also take the planter if you want it! Message me when you can collect and I will leave them outside by the front of my house.

The trough is far too heavy to lift so the shrub is out the trough now in rooted sections - you can have as much as you want as I have bagged it up into 3 bags but they are heavy to lift! Free: Tub of 'Febond Blue Grit' bonding (Seaford (off Alfriston Road)) Expired I am offering a half used 10 litre tub of 'Febond Blue Grit' which is a brilliant paint/roller on 'extra grip bonding agent' used to prepare ceramic floor & wall tiles etc prior to over laying them with new tiles. This product saved me loads of hard work & time having to hack up all the old tiles/scoring their surfaces to ensure a good key. There is probs enough in the tub to cover 20 sq.metres This tub cost about £25 so give it a try!! COLLECT FROM SEAFORD ANYTIME, I WILL LEAVE IT OUTSIDE FOR YOU.
