Free: 'Eurohike' blow up double mattress (Seaford (off Alfriston Road)) Promised Comfy 'Eurohike' inflatable double size mattress for occasional guest use. I bought this from Millets about 5 years ago but it has had very little use. To inflate or deflate it you simply plug it into an electrical socket! I inflated it and for a few days it held pressure very well but I do recall, typically for any inflatable, it does lose some air overnight under normal use. It folds up quite small when deflated. It has been stored in a cupboard so is in a very clean condition. It comes with its original carry bag. I can leave it outside in a large polythene bag for easy collection Sorry I didn't have the time to re-inflate it for this Listing but there are no air leaks as explained!

Free: 'YORK FITNESS' exercise machine (Wallington, Surrey) Gifted New home wanted for my YORK FITNESS model 'x101 heritage' cross trainer exercise machine which I no longer need. It is in good condition and functional - the small batteries to the dashboard need replacing although the dash readout was working last time I used it (a while ago). The overall size of it is approx. 115cm long x 150cm high. Please note it is bulky (so is too big for a car) and it is heavy so you will need two people to lift it (and I live in a first floor flat with no lift).

Free: Large Bagful Bottle Tops (Seaford (Seaford (off Alfriston Road)) Expired Large bagful of coloured plastic bottle tops from milk bottles and soft drinks etc. They form a lovely bright colourful feature on blank/bland garden fences and screens etc once threaded onto nylon fishing line! It actually doesn't take too long to thread them - each length in my first pic took about 10 minutes once you get going (I used a small nail and a hammer to form a hole to each side of each bottle top). They are very weather resistent, mine have been outside in all weathers for well over a year with very little discolouration! If I know you are coming i will leave them outside for collection. Please don't say you want then don't turn up as that is grossly unfair on other genuine people who keep their promise to come!!
