Wardrobe (Woodroffe/Medhurst in Nepean)
Gifting this wardrobe. I think the wood is walnut. I've taken the doors and drawers out as it is super heavy. The top trim will be taken off so it will fit coming up my basement stairs. Dimensions are (without top trim): 3' wide x 19" deep x 71" tall. You will need 2 strong people to take it up the stairs and a truck. I could help to take it up the stairs and load to your truck if need be. Pickup in Nepean near Woodroffe and Huntclub.

Standalone concrete step. Dimensions are 4ft long by 7.5 inches high by 14 inches deep. Solid and in great shape. Very heavy so you will need to strong people to lift it and a truck to transport. Pickup only in Nepean near Huntclub/Woodroffe area.

I have lots of iris bulbs to give. They are a mix of blue and yellow. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of them in bloom. Pick up in Nepean near Medhurst/Woodroffe.
