Request: Wheelchair/s strollers (Vienna Woods/Arden arcade) Hello all, I am looking for wheelchairs and/or strollers (preferably doubles). These can be old crusty ones that got left out or in bad repair. This is for an art project, not traditional use! I can obviously take perfectly good ones as well, but would hate to take from someone who could use them for their intended purpose of k can avoid it. If you have an old wheelchair or stroller gathering dust or with a flat tire or something please let me know and I will come pick it up in the greater Sacramento area. Request: 2x4 or 2x6 pieces (Vienna Woods/Arden arcade) Withdrawn Hey all, I’m helping my brother build a garden bed for our mom. He’s looking for good wood to salvage. Ideally lumber pieces 3’ or longer to build her a raised garden bed, also looking for rebar pieces 36” +, 1/2 PVC, ~25 feet 1/4” or 1/2” wire mesh gopher wire, burlap yardage. We’re hoping someone may have remnants or leftovers from a project available. If you happen to have an ol’ clawfoot tub or awesome metal/prefab/ or other neat garden bed set up you are getting rid of, that would be awesome as well! I have siblings dotted along highway 50 from downtown Sacramento to Placerville, so along that corridor for pick would be fantastic, but if you have a hoard somewhere surrounding, I’m sure we can figure something out. -gotta keep mama happy! Request: Sewing machine or repair (Vienna Woods/Arden arcade) Expired Hey freecycle community, I am Super super close to completing a really awesome sewing project, but my machine made a big THUNK and stopped working! The motor goes, but the needle doesn’t move. Does anyone have a machine they no longer need, or that I could borrow, or does anyone know how to repair sewing machines ? I am seeing a tote bag of canvas and am doing the hems and handles (belt material ) so it’s too heavy of fabrics and thinkness to do by hand. I would so appreciate a good working machine if possible. Request: Veg, herb , and flower starts (Vienna Woods/Arden arcade) Received Hey all, I completely missed my window for starting seeds in the garden spring and am now scrambling to get my garden going low budget style. Does anyone have extra starts? I would love Peppers (bell and chili) and Tomatoes especially, but I love it all except okra and beans Thank you! Request: Fabric scraps (Vienna Woods/Arden arcade) Received Hello everyone, I am looking for small bits and pieces of fabric scraps for an art project with my Girl Scout troop. We are learning about how important it is to plant trees for the Girl Scout World Thinking Day and My Tree Promise patches. I got a book from the library about Dr. Wangari Maathai who spearheaded a tree planting campaign in Kenya. The illustrator of the book used colorful and bright patterned fabrics and oil painting to illustrate the book and I would like to have my girls do an art project using colorful fabrics and acrylic paints to make collages in the same theme. I would so appreciate any donations for our art projects. We will also be learning about sewing very soon, so I would love fabric and supplies we can use for pillow cases, tote bags, aprons, or other good beginner projects. I can pick up in the greater Sacramento area, but Arden-arcade and Carmichael are easiest. My girls are so creative and just love doing art and making crafts! -thank you in advance! Sue

He would love a cat x composite bat, size 32 or 33 and/or size 10/12 catchers gear(mask, knee pads, chest pad, mitt) I told him this is a ridiculous long shot, but that I would post to ask .
