This is a lovely chair with the upholstery and frame in great condition. It is 17.5" tall at seat, 21.5" at arm, 35" at back, and is about 35" wide, 31" deep overall. The cushion is 21.5" deep x 21" wide. One leg came loose from the threaded base - see photo. The leg can be used once the chair is in place, or could be glued on.

Textured white sectional couch is in 2 pieces. It's in excellent condition. Overall depth is 35", and is 29" high in the back. Seat depth is 20" deep and 18" high from floor to seat. Each section is 39" from outside end to the middle seam/corner, and then 33" from the middle seam/corner to the center or middle edge. Cushions are all 19" wide.

The size of the table id 36" wide, 24" deep and 18.5" tall. The drawer is 18" wide, 17.5" deep and 5.5" tall. It does show signs of wear, but is overall in good condition. The left attachment of the handle comes off when pulled.

These tables are all wood and are in good condition. There are 2 spots on one table's surface and some fading from the sun, but otherwise they're good. They measure 25.5" in diameter and 26" tall. I'd prefer to give both as a set, but am open to separating them.
