17', 4 birth caravan. In need of TLC but complete, dry, and in fair condition. Bought last year as a project, but health issues intervened. So now just can't get it done, and new fence going up next week, so it will be trapped in the garden! Tows well, chassis sound, still has spare wheel! 12/240 volt system in good working order, 110Ah battery included, 3 way fridge, hot/cold plumbing, cassette loo, 4 ring hob + oven, blownair heating, etc. (Untested water or gas). Great winter project for someone, or conversion to large trailer.
