This click-clack futon sofa bed is in Good condition, free of rips or tears, though it does have a minor paint mark that can be readily removed. The dimensions are 178 cm in length, 80 cm in width, and 70 cm in height. Please note that furniture risers are not included. Due to a recent operation, I am unable to assist with lifting; therefore, two individuals will be required for removal, and a van is necessary for transport.
