This is in good condition - the photos don't do it justice. I'll take some more Thursday morning. Comes with a cover. There are electric recliners in both halves. All working. I'm sure this is modern enough to have a fire label but I will check. Posting for a friend - his new sofa is arriving Saturday midday so collection Saturday would be favourite
