Complete kit with case and manual. All should work, base tested fine but actual laser head (last photo) needs battery replaced and I cannot remove the screw that holds cover, but didn’t try too hard since I just don’t use it.

If you’re good you could figure out which capacitor is bad to replace, or get new control board on Amazon for $30, I diagnosed and power comes in but one of two boards at least isn’t working. I’d get one board and just try on each, I doubt it’s both. I just don’t need it.
