Plasterboard Support Prop (CM6 Dunmow)
B&Q support prop, used once and no longer needed. Does what it needs to and it’s now looking for a new home / a next job. Works by squeezing the trigger and the pneumatic workings then extend the pole up to 200cm tall. Means you can support a sheet of plasterboard hands free whilst securing in place.

Plastic Racking (CM6 Dunmow)
Promised
3 x separate racks each with 5 shelves (or can be configured to suit). Black plastic and sturdy. Been very reliable in my garage for 10 years or so. If configured for 5 shelves each unit would be 180cm tall by 70cm wide by 30cm deep. There are 3 such racks so 70cm x 3 would be the wall space for all 3 units. 1st photo shows the racking erected and the 2nd photo with everything dismantled ready to go in an average family car no problem. Thanks for looking.

Chicken Coop an Run (CM6 Dunmow)
Gifted
Going cheep!!!!! Wooden chicken coop with 2 nesting boxes and perches. Great condition 1m wide x 90cm deep so nice size. Also comes with secure run. Door at back of coop for easy access to clean out and door on front on a string with hook for chickens to come and go. I also have an automatic door opening and closing device - works on a timer you can have as well as a layer pellet feeder and water dispenser (not on photos but you can have if you want). So everything you could want for keeping chickens.

Heating Oil Tank (CM6 Dunmow)
Expired
Metal oil tank - in good condition. 184cm long 122cm high 122cm wide This converts to about 2.5k litres but apparently you take 90% of this to get the filling capacity. Anyway it’s big, 550 gallons. I had it since new, professionally installed about 10 years ago and it’s just been cleaned up by me and looks in good condition. I’ve moved over to Air Source Heat Pumps hence the reason for getting rid. Not sure if it’s bunded or not, but as it’s steel and in good condition it’s definitely good to use. “Plenty of life left in the tank” as they say. Obviously this needs collecting - it’s sitting on bricks, raised up, by my driveway so can be lifted onto a trailer by a couple of people quite easily.
