Motoring News from 1970s & 1980s (Patchway BS34)
Hi all, a long shot I know but does anyone have any old copies of the Motoring News weekly newspaper from the 1970s & 1980s that they no longer want. I used to buy it religiously every week back in the day & I had virtually every issue but various house moves meant that I got rid of all of them. I would now like to relive my youth! An empty teak finish radiogram cabinet measuring 126 x 45 x 49 cm. It used to house a turntable, reel to reel tape recorder, tuner amplifier & speakers so plenty of room to install a modern hifi system. Alternatively it could be upcycled into a sideboard or similar. I do have the screw in legs for it, I just can't find them! When I do (I don't know how soon that will be) they will be offered to whoever collects the cabinet. Having got it outside to photograph, I would ideally like it collected today. Preference will be given to whoever can collect the soonest.

In extremely poor condition, it has not been on the road in over 30 years! Mechanically complete apart from the carb so a good source of spares. The front bodywork was damaged & has been cut off. You will need a recovery truck or trailer with a winch to collect. Two of the tyres are flat but should pump up to make loading easier so bring a pump. This is being offered free of charge but must be collected no later than Sunday 1st March. Preference will be given to whoever can collect the soonest.

This was working fine until the cyan cartridge ran out. It then sat idle for some months before I replaced the cyan cartridge. However it then wouldn't print properly so I suspect the ink in the other cartridges has dried out. There are four new yellow cartridges so you should only need new magenta & black cartridges but I cannot guarantee it would then work ok. I bought a new printer so this one is up for grabs.
