This is an old comfy 2 seater sofa. NO fire safety label. Sprung & I believe it is stuffed with horsehair. Very sound frame, no wobbles. The upholstery is in fantastic condition for its age, but it does need a good hoover as I have dogs. A great upholstery project, as it is or with a throw. Perfect for a small space.

Woodburner, approximately 61cm wide x 63cm high, excluding chimney piece. We have been using this until recently, but I would say spares or repair as it needs new glass & rope. There is no grate, but we have never bothered with one & it has worked well without. There are fire bricks to go with it. Ideal with a bit of stove pipe as a garden/workshop fire.

Very battered vegan boots, from Vegetarian Shoes in Brighton. Veggie 'leather' still in good nick. Over 20 years old, size 7. Steel toecap. Can be re-soled, or worn as they are. No splits or holes that I am aware of but would benefit from insoles.
