Aquarium - Jewel Rio 125 (Piershill EH8)
Jewel Rio 125 - 125l fish tank with cabinet stand in light wood. LED lighting and pump working. Heater unused. Front glass has been significantly scratched on the inside by overenthusiastic cleaning (see photo). It's less visible when the tank is full of water, but still shows up. Dimensions: 81cm W, 36cm D, 123cm high (with stand)

Futon frame - Futon Company double sofa - frame only (Piershill EH8)

Solid wood (birch) futon frame from the Futon Company - I think it's this model In good condition apart from minor cosmetic wear. Just needs a new futon mattress (about 138cm wide) to make this into a fully usable 2 seater sofa bed. (Double mattresses available from the Futon Company or cheaper alternatives available elsewhere). Note that it is quite heavy and bulky to move.
