Free: Cassette holder (+ some old tapes) (Hollingdean) Promised I've actually got two like in the picture. Each holds 20 tapes. I think it can't be split into sections of 10 but I've never tried.

Free: Aquarium plants (Hollingdean) Expired As in photos. I'm not sure what the names are. The ones you get might not be the ones pictured. I've got loads of the red leaf one, a bit of the green leaf one and can spare some of the floating one, but that's just a bonus offer so only small amounts of that going. The other two I'm going to chuck out soon. The red one grows like crazy, and is easily rooted from a small segment , from roots that grow all down the stem. The green one doesn't seem to care much about being rooted, I just held it down with a pebble - baby plants grow from its leaf tips which can be split off. The floater spreads fairly quickly in good light, and the roots are great hiding spots for fry, and help with water quality.

Free: Freezer drawers (Hollingdean) Expired Our old freezer packed up. An AEG. The drawers are fine. 43cm wide. 3x 34cm deep, 1x 23cm deep. Freezer safe(!) so could be used in a chest freezer or just for other storage.

Free: Bike trailer/shopping cart thing (Hollingdean) Gifted A bit tatty and a few "Heath Robinson" adaptations to make it work. But it works fine.

Free: Aquarium plants (Hollingdean) Expired I've reduced the spread of plants in my small tank. I've got some of the red leaved plant and some of the floating ones spare if anyone wants some. Not sure of the names. The red one roots really easily, roots emerging from multiple points of the stem. The floaty one (the larger of them) reproduces quite fast but is easy to scoop off and control. It has hanging roots which you can see at the top of the picture. (There is ordinary pond duckweed in there too which I wasn't offering but you can have if you want). If you've got any other species of plant you can spare a bit of in return that would be great.

Free: Vacuum clothes storage ... thing (Hollingdean) Expired As in picture, 50x85cm. I've never used it so can't comment on qualities

Free: Laminate Floor 2mm Underlay (Hollingdean) Gifted Most of a pack of Wickes 2mm underlay, would have covered 15msq when new. Also got some leftovers of laminate flooring, suitable for a small area, or where you don't care about cobbling it together.

Free: Laminate floor leftovers, click fit (Hollingdean) Expired Small area, photo shows three sections. The middle three panels are compeletely intact, and cover 1.3x58.5cm. The ones on the right are full width but have been cut at the end, covering 39x110cm. The two with masking tape have been cut to remove the click together detail on one side, and have been cut off at the bottom so there is one edge and the top in tact. The underlay in the second photo has now gone so it's just the flooring.

Free: Pieces of 10mm polycarbonate panel (Hollingdean) Expired 3 pieces approx 1.5m x 0.2m, and a larger bit approx 1x1m. Maybe useful for a cold frame or similar

Request: Aquarium plants (Hollingdean) Expired I'm just setting up a new fish tank and want to get it planted. I'm particularly hoping for plants that spread, so they fill in empty spaces and give it a natural random appearance. If you have anything like that which has spread too much and can be thinned out a bit, it would be great to grab some off you. Don't mind if they are short or tall, floating or rooted. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks

Request: Rockwool insulation (Hollingdean) Expired I just need a small amount, maybe a carrier bag or two. Seems crazy to have to get a whole massive pack, so if you've got a bit spare/leftover, I'd be really grateful.

Free: Skirting board (Hollingdean) Expired A few bits of skirting board. Varnished pine. The long section is 3m, there is a 1.75m and 1m section plus a short bit. The last piece is 1.75m too but has a different cut down profile.

Request: Front mud guard for bicycle (Hollingdean) Expired I was fixing a puncture and knocked the bike over. Front mudguard broke in the fall. If you have a spare/old one, would be great. Thanks [ Items received in response to this request will be resold ]

Free: Mirror 30x 60cm (Hollingdean) Expired Actually an old bathroom cabinet mirror, so door mounting stuff still visible on rear. Solid mounting, fairly heavy. Mirror slightly tarnished at one of the edges. But main area still all good.

Free: Big cafetiere (Hollingdean) Gifted As in photo. I'm not sure how you size these things but this is the same height as the typical big cafetiere, but wider. Scoop not included, just in picture for scale.

Free: Capsule Halogen light bulbs J118 (Hollingdean) Expired No idea what these are from or why I've got them - I think they were left here by a builder years ago. There are 5 of them. The screenshot from Screwfix is not necessarily exactly the same thing but looks like it is as far as I can tell...

Free: Herbal/flavoured tea (Hollingdean) Gifted An assortment of teabags as shown in photo. Please note the camomile and 'Lychee and Pineapple' are past their Best Before dates - but there is no 'Use by' date so still fine. Susskirsche means sweet cherry.

Free: Futon Co - 'Bed in a Bag' (Hollingdean) Gifted Useful for sleepovers/guests or taking with you when visiting. There is a stain on it which doesn't look great but is just a spilled coffee.

Free: Keyboard (Hollingdean) Expired As seen. It can take batteries, or a 9v plug as in detail picture of the slot you can see. I might have a plug but not sure where it is at the moment - if I find it, it's included too.
