Free: Leather 3 piece suite (BN43) Gifted Quality, heavy sofa and chair. Sofa length 200 cms Depth 93 cms Only 4 years old but has been in conservatory so a bit beaten up by the sunshine. Evidently you can get leather refurbishing kits to bring colour back, get rid of water stains. Collection from Shoreham By Sea. Date for delivery of new sofa yet to be confirmed but about a weeks time.

Free: Outback Omega 200 Barbecue & cover (BN43) Gifted I’ve just brought myself a new barbecue and wondered if someone could use this? Maybe a community centre or allotment garden. It’s pretty beaten up as it’s been outside for a few years but it was covered up. Well used and a bit rusty but lots of life left. Uses barbeque coals not gas. Collection from Shoreham this weekend.

Free: Tower Air Fryer, working fine (BN43) Gifted My tenant has left behind his tower air fryer and asked me to pass it on. I’ve never used an air fryer but I know he used it a lot. It is dirty inside from previous use. I don’t have the instructions but I’m sure they can be found on the internet if someone wants it. Free: Airgo Inflatable 4 person tent (BN43) Gifted I’ve just replaced this tent with a smaller inflatable one. Nothing wrong with this one, all 3 inflatable beams are good. Comes with pump, bag etc. It is not folded back into bag so is large and quite heavy to move. I want this tent to go to someone who really needs it, not just the first person to reply who plans to resell it. Maybe a youth or scout troupe? Or a family who need a decent tent for a holiday? Collection only from Shoreham By Sea. As mentioned before it IS NOT folded up neatly in its bag.

Free: Brabantia peg bag & Minky pegs (BN43) Gifted Can anyone use these Minky pegs and peg bag? Pegs are a bit faded but still work well. Several small holes in the top of the Brabantia bag but still works well. Collection from Shoreham. I can leave outside.

Free: 50 metre Brabantia Lift-o-matic (BN43) Gifted I’ve treated myself to a new brabantia so this one is looking for a new home. The mechanism is working fine but the actual pole is slightly tilted, I’m not sure what happened to it when it was being stored for the winter but I think someone dropped something or stood on it!
