Cream carpet (Haywards Heath RH16)

We laid carpet in a guest room a few years ago (so it had very little footfall) but some of the room has now been converted into a bathroom and is tiled. There is a piece of the cream carpet (reasonably good quality synthetic carpet) that should be 1.7m x 2.9m but there is more carpet beyond that, plus all the underlay and some gripper rods.

Rosewood Asian Cabinet (TV Stand) (Haywards Heath RH16)

This small cabinet was brought back from Hong Kong, it is probably rosewood. The dimensions are (in cm) 77W x 49D x 65H. It has two sets of draws with a top glass pull-down door on top. Two handles are missing. We used it as a TV stand, hence small cut-out at back of top glass-fronted section for cables.

Small wooden cupboard/sideboard unit, in yelow/green. It was distressed when we bought it and it has become more distressed with time (paint peeling). It has a wooden drawer (top) with a set of cupboards underneath (with one internal shelf). The dimensions are (in cm): 72W x 40D x 81H.

Sofa (Haywards Heath RH16)

3-seater brown sofa, inherited from our daughter, probably DFS, approximately 15 years old but it has sat in our guest room for around 10 years with little use. Generally great condition. The footprint is (all in cm): 187 (wide) and 94 (deep). In terms of height it is 51 (to top of seated cushions), 68 (top of arm rests) and 89 (to top of the backrest). Would love to give it away before Easter to free up space for incoming relatives! May be able to assist with delivery locally. Thanks for looking
