Request: Bricks (used or unused) for use on allotment (Newcastle Central NE1) Bricks (or similar) are useful for standing items on, blocking gaps in fencing from foraging deer etc. About 20 would be handy. Many thanks!
Free: Baby Bio drip feeders for orchids (Newcastle Central NE1) Gifted Box of 3 drip feeders for orchids. Not opened, each feeder is 40ml and last about 16 weeks. You just snip the end off the neck of the bottle and turn it upside down into the pot.
Free: Decorative gold perfume bottle - no perfume (Newcastle Central NE1) Expired This Miss Dior gold-coloured spray no longer contains the perfume (apart from a slight scent) and is no longer suitable to refill, as it's several decades old. It has a "CD" logo on the top. Approx 3 inches high, it might suit a theatre group for props or appeal just as a decorative item. The topper is dulled but has no damage - it might clean up. Happy to post if of interest.

Free: Two Hole Punchs + Paper Protectors (Newcastle Central NE1) Expired Standard easy-to-use hole punches, to create two clean holes for ring-file folders. Metal, green, good condition. Prefer the two to be collected together if possible (such as for an organisation or craft group) but will separate if necessary. Free: Ink cartridges for a pen (Newcastle Central NE1) Gifted Bag of about 50 unopened black ink cartridges - each about 4cm long. Websites seem to describe them as "standard size". No longer have that type of fountain pen. Happy to post, if that helps (or send a photo).
Free: Two dishes suitable for sweetcorn cobs (Newcastle Central NE1) Expired About six inches long, white ceramic. Condition is pretty good, with one little chip on each one. I'm pretty sure we have some metal pronged forks designed to stick into cobs (to help eat easily) - I'll have a rummage if of interest. Best wishes, Olwyn

Free: "Get Carter car park" memorabilia (Newcastle Central NE1) Gifted When Trinity Square car park where a famous scene in Get Carter was filmed was demolished, Gateshead Council issued small chunks as memorabilia. It wasn't just because of movie fame; the car park was seen as an example of Brutalist architecture. They were snapped up and I got two of them. We're decluttering so feel able to give one away. You'll see on the photo that there is a little plastic pack with a label, pictures and info (signed by an architect), plus a piece of concrete about 1 inch wide. The condition of the concrete and label are good, the plastic condition is now bent a bit (but still works - there is a lid on the top). It's small enough to post but if someone really wants it, it may be safer to collect.

Free: Picture: "Chessboard" (Newcastle Central NE1) Gifted 19" x 21" - print by Ken Law (cellist with London Symphony Orchestra who painted in a Cubist style). A great favourite, had it for more than 30 years but regretfully letting it go due to lack of space as downsize. Good condition - it's quite heavy and has two hooks with doubled-up string at the back to hang it. Colours are jade/grey, with off-white and shades of black.

Free: Lakeland compost crock filters (Newcastle Central NE1) Gifted These circular filters go inside the lids of Lakeland little indoor compost caddies (you change them once every few months). We use the caddy for scraps, before taking them outdoors to go in our compost bin. We've changed the size of our caddy, and so two packs of filters that we'd bought no longer fit. The filters are to help neutralise odours and it also says "aids the composting process". The filter diameter size is approx 14cm (five-and-a-half inches). They are very easy to trim to any size with standard scissors. You can get an idea of what they look like from the Lakeland website, or we could provide a photo. They'd be easy for us to post, as they're very light. There are two packs of 8.
Free: Heart-shaped chocolate mould (Lakeland - never used) (Newcastle Central NE1) Gifted The mould is to make 21 heart-shaped chocolates. It is still in the box - never used, so perfect condition. The box dimension info is: cm - 13.5 x 27.5 x 2.5 (inches: 5-and-a-quarter x 10-and-three-quarters x three-quarters). The box has a slight rip at the top when I originally opened it and realised I would never get round to using it.
