Free: 1x4 T&G - Salvaged Clr heart rdwood (Midtown Sacramento 95816) From 125 year old garage taken down - these were the soffit boards. Painted on one side, worn but it is old growth clear heart redwood. Likely is lead paint, but so old it scrapes off easily. Rip this up for some gorgeous salvage heart redwood for misc. outdoor projects. Approx. 200+ lin. feet, up to 20 foot lengths - can cut up for transport if needed.

Free: Weathered Redwood fencing boards (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Roughly 1 x 8 grey, weathered redwood, denailed - about 20 lin. feet worth. About 16 lf of 1x6 weathered fencing. Also have some 2x4 rough redwood rails and 4x4 posts, cut off at ground, so not that tall.

Free: Hanging Fluorescent Shop Light (Midtown Sacramento 95816) 48” double tube shop light. Has worked well in my old garage, just demolished. Just hang, plug in. Interest has been expressed - but fixture is still here and available.

Free: Cyclone 12 ft and 6 ft Gates (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Gates with hinges. Posts are cemented in ground to be removed, may or may not be serviceable. I have used these to protect the back of my lot - 18 ft. opening for 2 cars or can swing just the 12 ft. one. All hardware also salvaged.

Free: Oversized Solid core wood door (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Gifted A couple of people have shown interest. It will go to the person who makes the arrangements and comes and gets it. I will post here when it’s gone. Wood door slab - some router damage. Heavy solid core door about 42” wide, 80” tall, 1-3/4” Can be used for table or counter/ work surface. Free: sand (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Gifted Still about 1+cu yd. left. Fine and course sand, used for setting pavers. Still here - must get moved or will be hauled to dump. Free: Unique Pyramid Skylight (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Withdrawn Plywood had to be hauled to dump ;-( Unique 4’ x 4’ double glazed pyramid skylight remains - great for a cold frame garden. Must go soon - please contact me!

Free: 120 year old nail embedded wood (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Withdrawn Pile is much bigger! Includes some 1x4 T&G soffit made of old growth heart redwood. Various lengths of roof skip sheathing up to 20 feet - from on old garage being deconstructed. Old growth and mostly clear doug fir. Needs bajillions of nails removed - but unique beauty and quality and patina of time. With nails removed this is like gold - old growth and mostly clear (no knots). I hate to see it go to landfill!

Free: Broken and some whole old bricks (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Gifted Cleaning up my yard. Have too many bricks - and these broken ones in particular to give. Easy pick up at alley. Will have more in a few months - taking out a portion of walkway with bricks as paving.

Free: Deck ties (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Expired Giving away about 200 pcs. “Eb tye” brand hidden deck fasteners - leftover from job. Here’s what they sell for - For fastening deck boards for clean look without face nails or screws. 2 boxes, unused - a couple hundred pieces. Use with biscuit joiner or with pre-grooved decking. Located in Midtown.

Free: Misc. Wood trim, molding, etc (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Gifted Contractor cleaning out the shed. Bunch of trim, various lengths, sizes and profiles - solid wood such as redwood, Douglas fir. Great for shed projects, tiny Homes, etc.

Free: Cabinet Doors and Windows (Midtown Sacramento 95816) Gifted Contractor cleaning out the shed - lots of windows, cabinet doors. sizes in photos, but contact me for particulars. Would prefer to have all the stuff gone rather than onesie twosies. The small double hung windows are new, vinyl dual pane, never installed that also have screens. Perfect for small projects, sheds, tiny homes, etc.
