Free: Men's Bicycle (Penzance TR18) Gifted Men's hybrid bicycle (Halfords "Cafe Real"). 4 hub gears. Puncture resistant tyres, the front one being fairly new. Brake blocks could do with replacing, though the bike is perfectly rideable as it is.

Free: Two Large Pieces of Foam (Penzance TR18) Gifted Two pieces of foam: 3' x 2' 7" x 1.25". They're several years old, so a bit discolored. Though they're still perfectly usable for making a pet-bed, gardening knee pads, sound proofing, or padding out old sagging furniture, etc
