Sturdy but the veneer is worn and the hardboard back is warped, making the shelves protrude. Not really suitable for a living room, but could be used for storage, e.g. in a garage.

Free: Modular shelving (Stargate NE40) Gifted Sixteen compartments in the basic arrangement (photo shows there are extra parts to allow stepped arrangements). Each compartment is approximately 25 cm deep x 25 cm wide x 24 cm high. Suitable for use for light objects such as shoes, not suitable for heavy weights; has been used in under stairs cupboard. Comes with mallet for assembly and with wall attachments (not previously used). Can be supplied assembled or completely or partially disassembled.

Free: Sony "Dream Machine" clock radio (Stargate NE40) Gifted I think this is about 30 years old, but it's in full working order. Comes with manual, but that's hardly needed as it's very simple to use. Radio is FM/AM/LW. Has radio and buzzer alarms and sleep function.
