Free: Panasonic Phone Fax Answering Mach (Highbury N5) Promised This is a Panasonic UF-S1 landline telephone/fax/answering machine. It's fully operational with a phone cable to connect to your wall socket and a mains cable. It also has a full roll of fax paper in it. No user manual but it's available online at: ? It is for pick up only; today Friday 13th or Monday 16th from the postcode area N5 1UP - Highbury Fields. We're in an LTN, head for Fieldway Crescent, N5 1QA, and you will be able to reach me. I'm in and out most of the time so I'll leave it on the front step in a safe place just prior to your arrival - don't be late! Free: Ironing board (Highbury N5) Gifted Works well, made in the UK, can be set at different heights, comes with a cover that's okay but a bit of a faff as the velcro holding straps interfere with the leg mechanism. It might be worth getting a cover with an eleasticated skirt. I may be overthinking this. It has a retractable cradle for the iron so it takes up less space when folded. It does NOT come with an iron. Located in Highbury fields area. N5 1UP. Ideally pick up Tuesday, Thursday or Friday of this week; I can't do weekends. Please don't message me after that or you will go on my naughty list. ---------------------------------------------------- This SCPH- 39003 Playstation 2 went in the cupboard when I got my PS3 and has been there ever since. I'm 95% sure it works fine. It comes with two controllers although one is marked "PSOne" but looks identical to the other. It comes with the power cable and an aftermarket cable that connects it to the TV. This will also work for Gamecubes and XBoxes. If I remember correctly it eliminates the "green screen" thing that allows you to use the console as a DVD player - ask your grandad. There's one memory card. From a smoke free, pet free, child free home. I might have a bag to put it in but please bring your own; I'm not made of bags. Cheers.

Free: Salomon Ski Boots (Highbury N5) Gifted I know nothing about skiing, I'm clearing out and found these at the back of a wardrobe, presumably left behind when a friend stored some of his gear here. Clearly worn but seem to have life in them; I've no idea if they have any use at all. If you're up on skiing please let me know if I'm wasting my time and I'll take them to the tip. Free: Kids' / Small person's Sleeping Bag (Highbury N5) Best described as "vintage" this has been in a dry attic since the late '70s; so very slightly musty but would be fine after an airing. It's 168cm long and 66cm wide so a bit small for a typical adult. It has a big zip that goes down one side and along the end so it can be unzipped and used as a blanket. Zip functions perfectly. Has a cottony fabric lining so it's quite warm despite being a bit thin - it could be used as a dog blanket or as a moving blanket to protect a precious thing. Nylon case has a handle. Pick up from N5 1UP today, Thursday or Friday. Let me know when you're coming and I'll leave it on the front step in a bag 5 minutes before your ETA. Free: Singer 247 sewing machine (Highbury N5) Gifted Relisted due to timewaster. Singer 247 sewing machine; works, comes with foot pedal, power lead, dust cover and spare bobbins. Pick up only from Highbury Fields area; Thursday or Friday at 1pm or 7pm. In your first message please tell me which day and at what time. If you ask if it's available you will be blocked. Be punctual; my patience has been worn thin by no-shows and people turning up hours later than stated. Absolutely no texts. Trash Nothing messages only. When I have three requests from people who seem capable of walking upright I will mark it as "Promised". It's heavy, you'll need transport. No box, no carrying handle.

Free: Spares or Repair - 3 Roberts Radios (Highbury N5) Gifted Please note - ALL THREE MUST BE TAKEN at the same time. Please be absolutely sure you can and will pick them up if you say you want them. RIC1, R505, RM20 Found at the back of a cupboard. Two only run on lantern batteries and the RM20 is mains but the cable has been removed. Their reception was terrible when they worked 20 years ago so don't expect much. The batteries are expensive and hard to find. Probably best for someone who knows what they're doing and can resurrect or use for parts. Note the damage to the grille of the RIC.1 Ideally pick up today - Tuesday, or I can do Friday, I cannot do the weekend. Pick up from N5 1UP - Highbury Fields.

Free: Singer "247" Sewing Machine (Highbury N5) Withdrawn I was given this by a Freecycler a couple of years ago. It was locked solid so I gave it a good clean and lubricated it with sewing machine oil. It seems to work fine, but doesn't seem to run as fast as modern machines - it might be a problem with the pedal (which are prone to deterioration but can be adjusted) or it might be fine and I'm talking out of my hat. I am no expert by any means - if it was a motorbike I'd have it running perfectly. It has no carry case but comes with a dust cover. There's a box with spare bobbins in that I think fit but can't guarantee and a couple of handy screwdrivers. There's a very good video on Youtube that shows the threading procedure. Please be aware that it is VERY heavy. 13.4Kg ! Parking is available and free next to the pick up location which is Highbury Terrace, N5 1UP Please don't turn up on a bicycle! It's available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday - not at the weekend. I will wait a while before choosing a recipient which I will base on feedback score and proximity.

Free: Miele Washing Machine motor (Highbury N5) Gifted My washing machine's drum fell apart so I dismantled it to make it easier to dispose of but kept the motor. It spins freely and always worked perfectly; no signs of overheating or worn bearings. Beautiful German engineering that I can't bear to scrap. Bear in mind it's heavy. In your first message please state when you can pick up from N5 1UP - Highbury Fields area. I'm in all day during the week but weekends are not possible as I'm in and out a lot. Free: An assortment of old hand tools (Highbury N5) Gifted There's a jig that takes a rip-saw blade cuts at 45 degrees (quite heavy), a hand drill and its chuck key, a small plane, a crappy adjustable spanner/pliers and a knackered blowlamp - I think it's got a blocked jet or two; could be a fun restoration. Everything works except the blowlamp. All to go together. Pick up from N5 1UP, Highbury Fields area, we're in an LTN so head for Melgund Road or Fieldway Crescent if coming by vehicle. Free: 1 or 2 sturdy kids' tables (Highbury N5) Gifted Please note: You will need a car or van to transport this/these item(s). They go to the tip on Wednesday 8th if not collected by then. I have these two tables - you can take one or both. They are kid-sized tables the sort you get in infants' schools. My mum got for them us 55 years ago but my finger-painting days are practically over. They're very well made, strong steel legs and tough formica tops. Please note the sizes: 100cm long, 61cm high and 45cm deep. The one without the under-shelf is 52cm high. You can have one or both, pick up during the week only - I'm in all day and most evenings. Free: Holly trunk for woodworking, lathe? (Highbury N5) Expired It seems a pity to just chop this up and burn it or leave it to rot. Apparently holly wood turns very well on a lathe and it carves beautifully. It's currently green so would need to be seasoned for a year or so. It's heavy, very dense. It's 6ft long and about 60mm in diameter at the bottom. Neither shed nor gate included. Pick up from N5 1UP - Highbury Fields area. I'm in during the week days and evenings but not at weekends.

I'm looking for a pair of wheels ideally with bearings, I thought the front wheels from a wheelchair would be ideal. I can make a new axle and or bearings so that part isn't really important. Request: Black & Decker 14.4V Battery charge (Highbury N5) Expired Hi, I've been given a Black and Decker "EPC14" 14.4V cordless drill by another Trash Nothinger. It has the "A14E" battery but not the charger. I was wondering if someone somewhere had a charger. Perhaps you had the same drill and the battery/drill died leaving the charger without a purpose in life! There are two types apparently: the type of charger that plugs into the drill or the cradle type. See photos , plug-in type has a 5.5mm diameter jack. Prepared to travel. Many thanks.

Request: Old type of electric kettle lead (Highbury N5) Expired Hello, I'm looking for a power lead for a 1960s kettle which has been kindly given to me by a neighbour. Perhaps you have one in a drawer somewhere or the attic. They can be rewired so if yours has a damaged cable I could fix it. The end that goes into the kettle is 33mm in diameter and the power pins are 18mm apart. Apparently no-one makes them anymore - but if you know otherwise please let me know!

Request: Metal sieve (Highbury N5) Expired Before I spend a whole quid on buying one (shudder)...has anyone out there got a one they don't want? I'll be using it for sieving fibres for model-making so it doesn't need to be food-safe. Ideally metal so that it can be statically charged to make grass flocking.......but plastic would be fine too. I can pick up whenever suits you as I am now a man of leisure. Ta very much!
