Free: Single Mattress (Chesham HP5) Single Mattress, old but in good condition (no marks etc. as far as I can see). Probably a little tired for use every day but fine for a spare bed or to pull out when the kids have friends over (has been used for this in the past). Have a single duvet/pillows also if useful. Bed in photo is not included, just the mattress.

Free: Sewing Machine (Chesham HP5) Was my mums - as far as I know working, but have no idea how to use it. Was planning on making use of it but haven't had the time and no longer have space.

Free: Photo Frame (Chesham HP5) 8 photo frame, takes 8 6x4" Photographs. A little dusty in reasonable condition otherwise.

Free: lg 32" led tv (Chesham HP5) Gifted LG 32" LED TV. Pretty sure it's full HD (but not Freeview HD) in good condition and fully working when last used (not been used for a few years now though). It's probably about 15 years old but should still have a few years use in it. Ideal for a small living room or kids bedroom maybe?

Free: Glass water bottles (Chesham HP5) Gifted Glass reusable water bottles about 750ml in size with silicone cover. Nothing wrong with them at all, just no longer used.

Free: Breadmaker (Chesham HP5) Gifted Keith Joseph breadmaker - works fine - has got a bit noisy, and some of the non-stick is a bit scratched on the pan. Nothing that stops it making bread just fine though. Getting rid of as given a bigger one recently.

Free: Outside seat cushions (Chesham HP5) Gifted Cream coloured material - no longer have any seats they fit.

Free: MR16 / GU5.3 Light Bulbs (Chesham HP5) Expired Selection of light bulbs to fit an mr16 light fitting, some halogen, some led. Mostly used, some new all should be working unless they've died since removed. No longer needed as I don't have the fittings.

Free: Timer switches (Chesham HP5) Expired 1 dusk til dawn timer 1 dusk til dawn lamp base 3 mechanical time switches For setting timers on household items while away etc. All in good condition, not tested and fairly old but should be working. Please take all or some, but offer by today or will go to the tip.

Free: Roofing Felt (Pednor Mead Farm HP5) Expired A roll of roughly 2m x 1m roofing felt. New, but quite low quality (I had to buy a roll of better stuff to use on the shed it came with). Might ne handy for someone crafty making bird boxes or similar, unlikely to be any use to waterproof a shed as it's thin and quite brittle.

Free: Marine ply (or similar sheets) (Pednor Mead Farm HP5) Expired Someone has helpfully dumped 3 or 4 sheets of what looks like marine plywood ~10mm thick at the bottom of my garden. Before I shell out to have it removed thought I'd see if it was any use to anyone. It's pretty damp, so unlikely much use for construction but possibly weed suppression on an allotment or similar. Looks to be 2m x 1m approx so will need a reasonable sized vehicle. Will try and grab a photo later, obviously I can't vouch for condition etc.

Request: Garden Woodchippings (Pednor Mead Farm HP5) Expired Probably one for any tree surgeons/gardeners working in the area as I don't really have any way of transporting - but if anyone is looking to get rid of a batch of woodchippings in Chesham (not too leafy ideally) - I could use some for the paths around my veg patch.
