small weights (near costco woodrige) hi good morning everyone i wanted to ask if any of you might have some exercise equipment you might not be using anymore. that i could use at home for my physical therapy. my insurance only approved me for 2 more visits cutting my recovery journey short, since i did already pt for my pelvic and now i need for my lumbar and lower back. so wanted to have the option to continue to do the routine at home on my own, i am mainly looking for a combination of ankle and wrist weights, or a size 10lb-20lb kettle bell or dumbbell but can also utilize a one of those weight balls weight size would be the same anything between 10-20lb works. at the pt clinic thats what i use along with the machines they have there but, could probably just do with any of the small weights for now while i try to get reevaluated and try to get approved for more visits. thank you for considering my need at this time.
