Large Mature Spider Plant (Chapel Allerton LS7)

Mature spider plant in need of a new home! I've had this guy for several years but he's been struggling recently. I removed this plant from the house at the beginning of summer but didn't have the heart to put it in the compost bin. Turns out a summer holiday was exactly what it needed, it's looking really healthy and vibrant. I planted one of the spider plant babies so the legacy of this plant lives on but hope someone can give it a new hang-out and a bit of love. Let me know if that person is you! Rattan 2-Seater Bench - Needs Frame Repair / DIY Project (Chapel Allerton LS7)

Giving away a dark brown synthetic rattan garden bench. Cosmetically, the rattan weaving is in decent shape with just some minor weathering, but please note it has significant structural damage underneath. One of the main metal support bars under the seat has completely rusted through and snapped (see the second photo). While it technically still holds weight if you sit carefully, it is currently unsafe for normal use and needs a proper repair (such as welding, a metal sleeve brace, or a wooden support frame built underneath). Perfect for someone handy looking for a quick garden project!

Description: Set of solid timber gates and supporting posts available for collection. These are heavy-duty and would suit a driveway or garden project for someone happy to do a bit of restoration. Dimensions & Items: 2 x Main Driveway Gates: Each approx. 167 cm (66") wide. 1 x Side Pedestrian Gate: 77 cm wide. Height: All gates are approx. 183 cm (6 ft) tall. 3 x Tall Supporting Posts: Heavy timber. Hardware included: Letterbox, spring-loaded gate wheels, bolts, and a Yale latch. Condition Note: The timber is mostly solid, but please note there are some areas of rot and splintering (see photos). They will need some repair work, sanding, and a fresh coat of paint/stain to get them back to their best. Collection: These are very heavy and large items.
