Request: Tablet Holder Pillow/Cushion (Downers Grove/Darien border) Received I'd appreciate a pillow/cushion designed to hold a tablet: something like shown in photos. I was fortunate enough to find my elderly mom a tablet, but it's too hard for her to hold up while using. Again, just looking for the pillow/cushion, we have a tablet. Any color, decent condition. Request: Xmas/holiday Gift Bags various size (Downers Grove/Darien border) Received After having too many holiday/Xmas gift bags for years, somehow this past holiday I was shocked to find we had almost none. Hoping someone has accumulated too many gift bags & can spare some. Seeking various sizes: mostly medium, a few large & XL, & quite a few small & X small. A couple bottle bags would be great, too. (I'll be posting giving away some non-holiday gift bags & several store bags🛍 [sephora, etc].) If anyone has 1-2 rolls of holiday or non-specific wrapping paper, that'd be appreciated as well. (Due to 2 family members having health issues at Xmas, we delayed celebrating/ gift giving with some people as yet & will be doing so in the next 2 weeks so I'm hoping not to have to buy gift bags & wrapping paper -- if stores even still have any!) *The gift bags & wrapping paper needn't be specifically Christmas, just appropriate for Xmas/ holiday season..solid colors fine. Request: Tablet (Downers Grove/Darien border) Received Longshot & a big ask, I know, but if anyone has a working tablet I'd really appreciate it! Not picky as long as it works with wifi connection & can handle adding & running a few apps. I want it for my elderly parent to play app-based games on (ex: solitaire, video "slots", video poker, word puzzle games, etc). It will get light use. (I know such apps/games are available on smartphones, but I think the larger size of a tablet would be easier for my parent to operate as they have trouble with their hands [arthritis, tremor].) Request: Men's Slacks, Shirt, Tie (Downers Grove/Darien border) Expired Posting for my brother: Seek the following items for funeral 1/22 & 1/23: ▪︎ Men's DRESS SLACKS/PANTS - preferably flat front, slim fit in dark gray/dark brown/black, size 34/32 (34" waist, 32" length) ▪︎ Men's DRESS SHIRT/button down shirt, white/light gray/beige, size M/L, neck 16-16.5" ▪︎ &/or Nice SWEATER size M/L, brown/beige/gray ▪︎ TIE, preferably red Happy to just borrow. My brother started over from scratch about a year & a half ago..he's back on his feet, rebuilding his life, but was just back to work after missing 2wks due to covid, & lost another week of work this past week after pipes burst at the restaurant where he works = can't afford to buy these items, even resale, but he's worried about dressing appropriately for our family member's funeral.
