OK, this is a well-used piece of furniture. The mattress is clean (will include a mattress topper), but the seats were scratched by an enthusiastic puppy many years ago (the covers have been washed regularly since then - they can be unzipped). For someone willing to make or buy replacement covers I think this will be a comfortable sofa and spare bed.
