In need of re sealing. I had started to remove some of the old sealant but due to a chronic condition I've decided let this one go. It's not in perfect condition but when it was sealed it was water tight. You'll need a large vehicle. The sizes are on the photos. You will also need at least 2 people to collect it as its heavy and I cannot help.
