I have two identical 2 seater reclining sofas, neutral beige colour. Recliners on both seats, on both sofas in excellent working order. Sofas in good clean conditon The sofas are heavy so will require 2 people and a van to move. Must be collected before 3rd November. Happy to split so 2 people benefit or will gift as a set.

We dug all of the gravel out of our back garden yesterday and have around 20 - 25 bags of gravel, hard-core, and earth which hubby says might suit someone wanting to infill a patio or pond or similar. We were going to use it to extend our patio but then discovered a drain and pipes where we wanted to put it, so plans needed to change. If no good to anyone we'll take it to the tip hut you're welcome to collect if you'd like it.

The need for welly boots seem unlikely in this gorgeous weather, but I have a pair of ladies Wellies, size 5, available to anyone who might need them. They're probably around 30 years old, maybe older, but are in good condition with no holes or leaks. I rescued them from our shed clear out. Some paint marks on them from a long forgotten garden paint job but may come off with a good scrub.
