Free: In-Line Skates, knee pads & helmet (East Acton W12) Gifted NYC Manhattan in-line skates in black and grey. Size 6. Used, so a few scratches but otherwise in good condition. Also included some used Decathlon knee pads and elbow pads (note, pack originally included wrist pads as well but I can't find them at the moment so these may or may not be included). Also included a Union Jack helmet. Would make a great Xmas present for teen or young/smaller adult. All to go in one go. Collection only from East Acton W12 0PU.

Free: 1.5m D-Profile Cable Trunking (East Acton W12) Gifted Giving away a 1.5m length of what I think is best described as plastic D-profile cable trunking. Old (I found it in my loft when I moved in and it is a bit yellowed), but new as far as I can tell, it has unused sticky-backed tape on the back. 5cm wide by 150cm long. Free: Punch bag and frame (East Acton W12) Gifted Reposting as let down multiple times, therefore please read this post in full before replying. Everlast Boxing Heavy Punch Bag Stand together with a somewhat tatty but functional full-size punch bag. Argos currently list the stand on its own without a bag for £150, so getting it for free is a bit of a bargain. Currently in my garden, as per the photos. Aside from a little rust, the frame is in good condition, the bag has some gaffer tape around it (put there by the previous owner) but works fine. Please note that this post is for collection only from W12 East Acton. YOU will need to take the bag from the frame, dismantle the stand (bring screwdriver and spanners or socket set) and carry it all out. I currently have an issue with my back and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP WITH DISMANTLING OR CARRYING; also note that the bag is heavy and so I suggest it is really a two-man job to collect. The whole lot should fit inside a standard sized car. Free: Raleigh Men's Bike (East Acton W12) Gifted Man's Raleigh hybrid bike. Not sure of the frame size but I am 5"7 ish and it was my bike for many years. Suggest it would suit a teenager or smallish, perfectly formed man (like my good self). This bike is a good 20+ years old. Tyres are flat (at least 1 punctured) but aside from this it is still in broadly working order (one of the brakes is slightly dodgy but I have some bits to repair it which you can have if I can find them). In truth, however, it could do with a serious refurb. Solid, good quality frame, though, so could make a handsome bike with a bit of TLC. Free: King size Electric Blanket (East Acton W12) Gifted Well used, but still has some life left in it. This blanket originally had separate controls for each side, each with multiple temperature and timer settings. However, whilst both sides switch on and off OK, one of the controllers is a little faulty and the timer and thermostat functionality only works on one of the sides. Also, the wiring has been taped a little on both sides. Machine washable. Collection only from W12 East Acton.

Free: Illuminated globe (faulty) (East Acton W12) Gifted Children's illuminated revolving globe. Lights up in theory, but the light doesn't currently seem to be working. I imagine it is probably an easy fix: new fuse or bulb, but I don't know for sure. Even without the light it is a nice globe. Collection only from W12, 5 mins from East Acton tube.

Request: Wheelchair suitable for outdoor use (East Acton W12) Expired My 89-year-old step-mother recently suffered a nasty fall and has fractured her pelvis. The NHS and local social services have all been marvellous and she has been provided with a fair bit of equipment to help her get about the house, etc. However, the wheeled chair we have is clearly intended for indoor use (small wheels, not super sturdy, etc) and what she could really do with is a proper wheelchair so we can take her for walks outside to get a bit of fresh air. If anyone has one they no longer need, it would be much appreciated. Can collect pretty much any time with a bit of notice.
