2 seated chocolate brown leather sofa and chair, very good condition , no tears will need collecting ASAP, will not fit in a car ..will need a van . Sofa measures : Height 3 foot 1 inch /95 cm. Width 5 foot 6 inches /168 cm ( end to end including arm width ) Chair Height 3 foot 1 inch / 95 cm. Width 3 foot 6 inches / 106 cm ( end to end including arm width) Front to back 3 foot 3 inches /99 cm for both sofa and chair.. Lovely very comfortable furniture please note the cushions are fixed, was very expensive when bought and is a heavy piece of furniture so will need 2 people to lift it . For Collection only.

Light oak coloured table with darker panels … has some surface scratches and one heat mark which would possible sand out size 3 foot x 5 foot x2 foot 5 inches high. Legs do come off the table for transporting. IComplete with 4 chairs ,chairs all have some wear but have washable grey covers . All are stable no wobbles! Unable to deliver.
