Gas fireplace (Nu-Flame). Slate hearth measurements 109 x 38. Fireplace measurements w 76 h 91. Surround measurements w 115 (mantelpiece) h 110. The gas element has been disconnected since we moved so cannot say whether it works. Some rust patches that will clean off. The hearth and fire back are heavy so may need two people to move.
