Free: Fireplace with hearth and wood surround (Woodlands TW7) Expired Gas fireplace (Nu-Flame). Slate hearth measurements 109 x 38. Fireplace measurements w 76 h 91. Surround measurements w 115 (mantelpiece) h 110. The gas element has been disconnected since we moved so cannot say whether it works. Some rust patches that will clean off. The hearth and fire back are heavy so may need two people to move.

Free: IKEA Liatorp Bookcase (Woodlands TW7) Gifted Model seems to have been discontinued in the UK but all measurements and instructions are on the international website here: / Used but in good condition. Will come dis-assembled so you will need to use the instruction manual to build it: Please let me know when you would be able to collect.
