Super solid door (Between Philo and Urbana)
A super solid, older (antique?) door with large glass window. The door is 34” x 80” and the window is 21” x 53”. There is a bit of bad patching to fill old lock holes, but would be easy to make beautiful again!

Loveseat (Between Philo and Urbana)

This loveseat has been a “bed” for our cats for many years - so it definitely needs some love! I have cleaned as much cat hair off as I can, but there is always more. There are places where the fabric is worn, so some sort of cover will be needed. However, it is structuraly sound and if someone is crafty and wants to put some love into it, I think it would still make a nice piece for someone.

I have about 200 ungaged slate tiles that were removed from my dining room floor. They are in decent shape if someone wants to use them for an outdoor project (I don’t think they would work for re-use indoors).
