Twin mattress not included. Dimensions when assembled are 45.437” high. 76.9375 Wide. 40.6875”deep. Supports up to 250lbs. Have all the parts, and assembly instructions. Must be picked up by Thurs. As such, first person to come pick up, gets (will not wait if you can’t pick up right away and someone else can). You will need a truck or maybe SUV (the shelves are assembled and there are some very long pieces).
