Has been painted grey but needs recoating. No bottoms in the planters, but I have 2 square plastic pots that fit in perfectly that you can have. I also have the round finials that go on the top. Very sturdy and heavy so will need 2 people to carry, and a van! Some age related rot but a good few years left in it yet!
