Free: Chair mat 36”x48” (Waban) Gifted Dimensions shown in the picture. Originally purchased at Staples for $70. This mat is meant to be used on carpet or rug up to 1/8” deep (there are cleats on the bottom-side to anchor to the rug; not suitable for use on hardwood floors).

Free: Elfa Modular Shelving Spare Parts (Waban) Gifted I have left over parts from my closet shelving project. You must take all of it. I will not parse out. Incuded are two shelves (each 16” x 2 ft), two rods (each 18.5”), six brackets (holds up the shelves) and various fasteners and end caps (including the three hooks that hold the two rods so that you can hang clothes off of it).

Free: Upright Yamaha Piano (Waban) Gifted Full size upright (52 inch tall by 60 inches wide and 25 inches deep). I purchased in 2016 used from a piano company, but I believe the piano was manufactured around 1997. It is in excellent cosmetic condition. The piano is definitely playable, but there are some mechanical issues based on a recent inspection that you should be aware of: (1) the tuning pins are becoming loose which means you may need more frequent tuning [it is not worth the cost to repair/replace the tuning pins] and (2) the key action can be improved with repairs [some keys do not strike perfectly]. This is a great piano for someone learning to play, but perhaps not yet ready to spend thousands of dollars on a new piano. Piano comes with bench. You have to arrange pick-up. Moving cost and major tune-up might cost you $500 to $1000. Please make sure you get your own cost estimates.

Free: iRobot Braava 380 (Waban) Gifted I used it a few times. It just isn’t for me. But this is basically brand new and I hope someone can make good use of it. It includes the GPS sensor cube (helps controls the movement) as well as laser sensor to block of areas of your room that you don’t want the iRobot to clean.

Free: Logitech Webcam & Benq Lightbar (Waban) Gifted Works perfectly, but I upgraded and I have no use for these anymore. I would rather give away instead of throwing it in the trash. Logi webcam is about 5 years old but still excellent with HD 1080p lens. Benq is also around 5 years old but is great at keep your monitor screen correctly lit to reduce eye strain.

Free: Manual Grass Mower (Waban) Expired Goes for $90 on Amazon (American 14” 4-blade). Excellent condition. I used a few times. I hired a landscaping company so I no longer need it.
