This cozy piece has plenty of life left in it and would be perfect for a student flat, spare room, or anyone just starting out. Details: Neutral canvas/fabric upholstery in a light beige/tan color Comfortable cushions - great for lounging or movie nights Sturdy frame, no structural issues Shows normal wear from everyday use but still very functional Condition: Gently used with some minor signs of wear (a few light stains/marks from regular use), but overall in good, clean condition. Non-smoking home. Dimensions: Approximately [add measurements if you have them - length, depth, height] Collection: Must be able to collect from Watford.
