Free: Reclaimed Wood (Clinton/Berlin Line) Gifted This is an old countertop from my great grandfather’s store, so it dates back to the 1940’s at least but likely much older. We’ve repurposed it over the years as a desktop using a pair of two-drawer filing cabinets. As much as I would love to hang on to this piece of family history I am moving in the near future and have to get rid of it. I know there are people out there who like to work with wood, especially old wood, and could probably do something very creative with this. I have no idea what kind of wood this is (does anyone know?) but it is very heavy. It is 57-1/2” long and 29” wide and about an inch thick. There is a lip along one edge because of its use as a countertop. Pickup in Clinton Xposted

Free: Rollerblades (Clinton/Berlin Line) Women's size 9 I don’t know much about them as they’ve been in the garage for a few years. Would like to give preference to an after school or summer sports program for young adults if there is one. Pickup in Clinton.

Free: Umbrella Stand (Clinton/Berlin Line) Gifted Please note it does not have the thing-y to tighten the pole, but you should be able to add a screw or do something else to take care of the wobble. The base is heavy and will still support an umbrella. Pickup is in Clinton.

Request: Exercise Puzzle Mats (Clinton/Berlin Line) Enough for one treadmill. Six or eight squares? Will pick up at your convenience. Thank you.
Free: Pair of Chairs (Clinton/Berlin Line) Gifted Cane seated ladder backed chairs on the smaller side; not quite the size for a dining table but maybe a child sized table; or use as “old fashioned” decor or plant stand or porch furniture or whatever. I had used them for my cat to sit on whenever we were in the kitchen so she could hang out with me and be at a better petting height. Having said that... they obviously do not come from a pet free home (although definitely smoke free). Not in the best of conditions by a long shot (they look to have been painted a couple of times) and this was a fix-up project that I never got around to. Maybe you can do something creative with them. Please help me keep them from the landfill. Pickup in Clinton.

Free: Glass Shelving Unit (Clinton/Berlin Line) Gifted Modern shelving unit with glass shelves that I picked up from a free site, but cannot use. It is missing a screw or two but still very sturdy on its own. Top glass is attached but the others have been removed for moving, and will of course be included. It’s a very nice piece in very good shape but I just couldn’t get it to work in my space. Please reply with day and time you are available to pick up. It is 60” tall, 30” across and 18” deep. It is not heavy and can be managed by one person and will fit in the back of an SUV.

Free: Hiking Boots (Clinton) Gifted Women’s size 8.5 Timberland hiking boots. Seasoned and well loved but still a lot of life left on the treads. These were my favorite hiking boots for years but after my last walk I’m finally realizing they are a tad too small for me. I found them always to be very sturdy with good support. Hoping these will live on and have many more hikes in their future. Pickup in Clinton near the Berlin line. Cross posted.

Free: Non-functioning Label Maker (Clinton) Gifted Currently non-functioning because some batteries leaked. I tried to clean it up as best I could but can’t seem to get it working again. Just want to keep it out of the landfill and am hoping someone might want to try getting it to work again. Has tape in it.

Free: Paper Lantern (Clinton) Expired Does anyone want this? I really don’t know what it is but I do know that if I put it in the donation bin it’ll get crushed. I think it’s from IKEA years ago and may be for a lamp or perhaps an electric candle. Decor for a party? String it up and hang it from the ceiling? About the size of a basketball.

Free: Plastic Adirondack Chairs (Clinton) Gifted I know it’s not the season but does anyone want these plastic Adirondack chairs? FREE! They were once green and then spray painted white. Obviously they have the distressed look now due to the peeling paint, not to mention the outdoor debris on them. They just need to be hosed off or power washed and then they’ll be ready for your outdoor fun. Better yet repaint them in your favorite color to make them pop. These chairs are the older ones and in my opinion more firm than the ones you buy today. Bonus foot stool included. Pickup in Clinton.

Free: Ice Skates for Decor (Clinton) Expired Would anyone want a pair of vintage ice skates for winter-themed decor? They are ladies’ white skates but the blades are rusty and the leather is not in good shape so definitely not suitable for skating. I was hoping someone might like to decorate with them in winter time, or maybe a prop for a play?? Otherwise I’ll see if the blades can be salvaged for scrap metal.

Request: Umbrella Stand (Clinton) Received Requesting a heavy metal umbrella base for outdoor umbrellas. Thank you.
Free: Bandolino Shoes (Clinton) Gifted Leather pumps with 2” heels for women with office jobs requiring business suits. These are in fair to good condition. The black and blue pairs are size 8 and I consider them fair in that the inside leather is cracked and they may need to be reheeled soon, but the outside leather is still in decent shape. The chestnut pair is size 8.5 and its condition is good. They are all Bandolino brand. I honestly don’t know if anyone wears pumps to work anymore but I thought I would post here first before dropping them off elsewhere. Would really like to give these to someone who can wear them for work and help keep them out of the landfill. If you have a need for boring pumps in a variety of colors to match your business attire please message me. Or possibly they can be used for a local theatre production.

Free: Buttons & Beads (Clinton) Gifted Buttons, beads, and broken bits of jewelry for crafting? It’s a very small amount but I hate to throw them away if maybe someone can give them new life with homemade creations. I actually may have a lot more buttons but these here I had put together for someone requesting and then never following through. The black and red dice are actually beads from bracelets that had fallen apart, and I think they would be really cute to repurpose into earrings perhaps. Pickup is in Clinton.
