Free: Light green 3 seater sofa (Eastbourne BN21) Green sofa that we inherited with the house. It has fitted loose covers which are clean and undamaged. The sofa is pretty light for its size and is on wheels so easily moved around a room. All the main frame stuffing is still good although the cushions could probably do with a bit adding. The small cushions are included. It does not have a fire rating label. Dimensions: 173cm long, 91cm deep and 68cm high.

Free: Wide wing-backed armchair with wheels (Eastbourne BN21) We inherited this armchair with the house. The loose cover is pretty worn but could be replaced and the chair seems OK underneath. The wheels make it easy to move around and it's a fairly light armchair. Note: there is no fire-rating label.

Free: Magnet kitchen units (Eastbourne BN21) Gifted Magnet kitchen units All units are second hand but in really good condition (could do with a clean though) with doors, hinges, handles etc. Three kitchen units, 1 wall 60cm wide, one floor standing double height cupboard 5pcm wide, one floor standing 30cm wide cupboard with one drawer and door. One, corner open shelf decorative wall unit. Several spare doors and panels. To collect from a lock up, so please give a phone number to arrange collection.

Free: 1960s 4 fitted Hygena formica kitchen units (Eastbourne BN21) Gifted *Taker dismantles by Sunday 27th July.* Hygena units iInstalled as a 'fitted kitchen' probably around 1965. All original units, worktop, fixtures and fittings. There are 4 fitted units, two upper and two lower, each 1m long. It has been in place for about 60 years and been used daily, so it is given as seen with its wear and tear. 2 double door wall units and 2 double door floor units, with drawers and original worktop. Doors and worktop is good condition, although some of the hinges need tightening. These are not free standing and need to be installed. 2 of the drawers are in good condition, one works but needs attention and the 4th is not in a usable state as is (but is supplied). Free: Chiminea - door missing (Eastbourne BN21) Gifted Chiminea - hardly used and has rust due to being stored for along time. The door is missing - we may find it as we clear more from the garage but is offered as is.

Free: Winged armchair with wheels, loose cover (Eastbourne BN21) Expired Wide armchair. I inherited this when I moved into the house. This armchair does not have a fire rating label so can't be sure of fire safety. It's pretty light for its size and has wheels. Cover and cushion quite worn and frayed in places. It's very comfy to sit on but is too big to fit with our other furniture. Could be a reupholstery project.

Free: Bosch dishwasher- motor needs replacing (Eastbourne BN21) Expired Bosch Maxx dishwasher with was a good one until the motor went last week. We are getting a new one so this one is for parts or will need a replacement motor. It's about 10 years old but clean and in good condition (apart from motor!), no rust. It will be available and in our front yard from Monday 30th in the morning.

Free: 3 sets of 4 place mats on cork backinging (Eastbourne BN21) Gifted Are you crafty and need cork bases? These place mats are really past their best for daily use but are on strong cork backing. It seems a shame to just bin them! I'd like to offer all or some for craft projects. Or anything else you could use them for.

Free: Toilet with wooden seat and cistern (Eastbourne BN21) Expired Fully working toilet, exit pipe at the back. No chips in ceramic. Cistern plastic with connecting pipe to toilet. Will go to tip next week if not taken.

Free: Bath tap with shower attachment (Eastbourne BN21) Gifted 2 turning taps, single outlet with shower attachment. Been used for a few years as stopgap before renovating bathroom.

Free: Cast iron bath - must go on Monday 17th 10.am (Eastbourne BN21) Expired Cast iron bath with tap/shower head. Bathroom renovation means it's no longer needed. It needs re-enamaling. It will be disconnected Monday 17th and needs to be gone by lunch time otherwise it will be broken up. It's VERY heavy (hence breaking up).so this is a last minute post on the off-chance that someone wants it and is able to come and collect between 9 and 10 am on Monday 17th March. Please don't get in touch if you can't come at the stated time with enough people/equipment to remove it (it's upstairs).
