Free: Live Kefir Grains (Totton SO40) Expired Hi, if anyone likes kefir probiotic milk I have some live kefir grains if you would like to make your own. It makes delicious smoothies and great for other recipes, it is so easy to make and there are some great YouTube videos so you will see how easy it is. You just add the kefir grains to the milk and leave at room temperature for 24 hours and then strain, put the grains in a fresh jar with fresh milk and start the process again. The kefir grains multiply so I have some to give away 🤗💕collection Totton

Free: Cactus .collection Totton (Totton SO40) Gifted Cactus .not the most attractive of specimens but in the spring will have beautiful huge red flowers .I think ideally it would be best hanging up somewhere .You can chop bits off and they root very easily .I hope someone can rehome it as I have no room in the house and it is in an unheated greenhouse at the moment and will die if it gets too cold .collection Totton
