Free: Tunturi Performance Cross-trainer (Penrhyn Bay LL30) Withdrawn A very robust cross-trainer with a large 19" stride length. Total body exercise. The movement is comfortable, authentic and smooth. This is a very expensive make. Two people are required for transport and as you can see, a tall van. 170cms long x 60cms wide x 163cm ht. Can be taken apart for transport to reduce the height.

Free: Garage cupboards and shelving (Creigiau Rhiwledyn LL30) Gifted Picture 1 shows a double floor cupboard 40" w x 21" dp x 28" ht. Picture 3 shows 3 separate units: 2 identical 12" w x 12" dp x 28"ht. and one 28" w x 12" x 12" ht. Picture 4 shows some of the wooden shelves the longest being 82"x 9" w. Brackets are included. Pictures 5 and 6 shows a double wall cupboard with doors 40" w x 12" dp x 28" ht. There is also a work surface shown in the final picture which is 73" x 24".

Free: Under-bed storage (Creigiau Rhiwledyn LL30) Expired Four large drawers in very good condition used for under-bed storage. No casters but have worked well. Two white: 80cms x 48cms dp x 20.5cms ht. Two black 94cms x 58cms dp x 16cms ht.

Free: Ford C-Max wooden boot leveller for mobility scooter (Creigiau Rhiwledyn LL30) Expired Wooden structure to fit into the boot of the Ford C-Max pre-2010 model. This was used to flatten and strengthen the frame inside the boot in order to support an electric scooter. A ramp was used to drive the scooter into the boot. This avoids having to buy a purpose-built vehicle i.e. a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV). The electric scooter was large and the rear seats were removed quickly and with ease in the usual way as applicable to the C-Max. You may find other uses for this. The structure fits inside the boot without removing the seats.

Free: Child bikes (Creigiau Rhiwledyn LL30) Gifted Penrhyn Bay. Two bikes available. They were ridden by my 9 and 11 year old granddaughters but will accommodate someone younger. One is good and the other needs attention. Smaller one - Apollo XC24 (at least I think so!). 12" frame size. Good condition overall with some little bits of rust in places. Everything works well. 18 gears. Brakes seem very good. The saddle is good. As shown in a low position the top of the saddle is 27" off the ground. The larger one - 20" frame Apollo Radar. The saddle as shown is 32" off the ground. Brakes need adjusting. New cables needed for the gearing to get the 18 gears working. Good condition.
