Needs to be collected by the bank holiday weekend or it’s going to the tip. Please indicate your availability to collect . It is on the ground floor but you will need to get it into your car yourself.

This house was made by the “landlady’s”grandpa. I hope the new owner will enjoy playing with it. It is fully furnished. The present landlady is now a teenager and her interests lie elsewhere. But a new, younger landlord or landlady may have tenants who are eager to move in. There is no stamp duty payable on transfer! In your message please tell me when you can collect the property, in Wells. Please note that I really would like this to go to home where it will be loved and played with.
