Needs to be collected by Thursday 17 when it’s going to the tip. Please indicate your availability toto collect . It is on the ground floor but you will need to get it into your car yourself.

This house was made by the “landlady’s”grandpa. I hope the new owner will enjoy playing with it. It is fully furnished. The present landlady is now a teenager and her interests lie elsewhere. But a new, younger landlord or landlady may have tenants who are eager to move in. There is no stamp duty payable on transfer! In your message please tell me when you can collect the property, in Wells. Please note that I really would like this to go to home where it will be loved and played with.

I’ma rather large, pastel coloured unicorn. No one loves me anymore. My owner is growing up. My condition is good as new. To be fair, my owner didn’t really like me much anyway. I spent my days on top of the wardrobe now. Is there anyone out there who will love me? I can wait outside for you to collect me - just let me know when you’re coming.
