Request: kitchen countertop / worktop (W3) would you perhaps have an old kitchen countertop / worktop you aren’t using? any material, as long as you think it would still be usable in a kitchen. we’ve got a 180cm span that needs a countertop (I’ll be cutting a hole in it for a sink) thank you

Free: part of a staircase structure (W3) Gifted I have part of a staircase to give away, for whatever purpose you might find use for it, it would be a shame to take it to the tip. even if you use it as firewood, at least it would have a use.

Request: interior paint (W3) Received Hello neighbours 👋 I’m wondering if anyone might have any leftover paint tucked away that they no longer need? I’m trying to brighten up about 12m2 of old internal brick wall - I’ve prepped it with a PVA/water mix, and now just need enough paint to give it a couple of coats and make the space feel a bit less rough and patchy. It’s not fussy work - I’d be very happy to mix colours or use different paints for different layers, so absolutely no need for full tins or matching shades! From what I’ve read, I’ll probably need around 4–6 litres in total, so even part-used pots would be a big help. If you’ve got anything lying around, I’d be glad to come pick it up by bike tomorrow morning, before it gets too warm. Thanks so much in advance!
