Trundle bed (Old Town SG1) Wooden trundle bed - 2 standard single beds stacked on top of each other. Great space saver and perfect for sleepovers, guest use itself. Works as a very comfortable single bed in its own or separates out into 2 standard single beds.

Leather electric reclining chair (Old Town SG1) Expired Leather electric reclining chair. The cover is in good condition and the electrics do work / it will recline. But there are a couple of broken metal brackets in the mechanism which could do with repairing. Or just use it a a chair and don't try reclining it 😊

Shed (Old Town SG1) Gifted Small shed. It's about 7ft wide and 3.5ft deep. There's a little bit of rot in one corner at the bottom and it could ideally do with a new floor. But there's plenty of life left in it. Already dismantled and ready to go

Lazy Boy Arm Chair (Old Town SG1) Expired Lazy Boy Arm Chair Electric Recliner. Still reclines perfectly. Massachusetts function has stopped working and a couple of splits which you can only see when it is reclined. I will let replies come in before I reply / chose who is going to get it 🙂
