Free: fakey 7' christmas tree (arlington heights) Gifted since i inherited this, myself, once upon a time, i don't have much in the way of official specs or even its brand name. please see photo for how it looks (i think it's a balsam fir or spruce but i really don't know much about trees to say for sure). that said, it's an unlit seven footer that is probably 5 feet in diameter at the base. it separates into three parts, with the bottom inserting into a tree stand with foldable/collapsible feet. i think it originally retailed at target for $120 or $160 but that was after christmas. no idea what its original retail price was. it's more than ten years old, so it has seen some wear and tear. some of the lower boughs, in particular, dip a little lower than they should but it's otherwise fine and still nice to look at. it needs some fluffing and some TLC like all other artificial trees when taken out of storage. speaking of storage, it'll come with a bright red wheeled storage bag so it can be more conveniently stowed away until the next holiday season (see photo). this tree will go to whoever both responds and makes plans to pick it up first.

Free: Emerson Microwave Oven (arlington heights) Gifted 1000 W Emerson brand microwave free to a good home. it's not the most high-end microwave ever but it's served me well for a great many years. it could use some cleaning up but is otherwise in fine, operable condition. comes with instruction manual, rotatey glass plate but no box, sorry. because i have had to deal with so many flakes, first one to pick it up gets it.

Free: Brewing Bottles (arlington heights) Gifted I inherited these 5 containers used for homebrewing projects and, sadly, don't know enough about the brewing process to even describe them adequately. But I don't want them any more. These 5 items (2 large plastic jugs and 3 dark glass stoppered bottles) are intact and just a little dusty from having sat unused for years. Come take these away. UPDATE: The amber 1-gallon jug has been claimed. Only 4 bottles remaining.

Free: Set of 8 AAAA Batteries (opened) (arlington heights) Gifted Accidentally purchased a set of AAAA batteries (that's 4 As, there) and didn't realize my mistake until after I opened the package and discovered how much smaller they are in comparison to the triple-As I thought I ordered. Set of 8 from Amazon Basics. New and unused. Free to anyone who can use them. I personally do not know what kind of devices could even use them.
