Approx 223 x 100 (w) x 75 (h) cm IKEA dining table. There is also a 47cm leaf stored underneath to make it even longer. It’s been half stained so it might need sanding or painting to your preference. Great family table as there’s room for everyone to work on separate projects together

White powder coated metal single bed frame originally from Argos. Measures approx 197cm x 95cm. Height at end of bed approx 40cm & headboard 105cm. Dismantled now. Mattress too if you want it. Not new but was covered by mattress topper while in use. Memory foam.

I’ve got 4 ikea white Billy shelf units measuring 201cm tall x 40cm wide x 28cm deep. I had to cut away an angle at the back of all of them to get them to fit under a sloping roof. There are three metal framed glass doors for these that are not attached, but I have no idea if the bag of fixings I have for the doors is adequate to put them back on. If you have a need for even more storage I will be clearing another 4 Billy shelf units in the next few weeks...

Approx 1m deep, 2.26m long and 0.8m high. I bought it second hand some years ago and it had been in storage beforehand. Apparently it was made bespoke from Leekes but was unable to fit through their front door. We got it through ours okay but it is very heavy! Good quality, some marks on covers. The straps under the mattress have left marks (probably from when it was in storage). If you have any questions please message me. Welcome to come and take a look before picking up but we would like it gone soon as we need the space. Comes with 6 matching feather filled cushions not in picture.

Very large red rug with subtle pattern. Measures approx 245 x 330cm. Not in pristine condition - the stitching at the edges is a bit ragged & the backing is a bit powdery. But it’s served us very well & is still useful
