Originally from Harbor Freight.It is in working condition but not in great shape. It has design issues of the cable getting twisted towards the end if you are not careful. It is quite heavy and will require a car trunk. Be warned.These machines are dangerous and can hurt if you don't take precautions. It is requires skilled DIY and not for casual first time users.
