Free: Green sofa bed (Innerleithen EH44) Gifted Not exactly a showpiece, but functional and comfortable. Much loved, a little bit past its’ best, but still got lots of life left...according to my partner 😂 To be fair it is quite a sturdy piece. Cushion covers are washable. Collection from Innerleithen. Or we could deliver locally on 30th November, when we have a hire van.

Free: Oak doors (Innerleithen EH44) Expired Two internal oak veneer doors. New but damaged. Could be repaired using off cuts, glued, clamped and sanded. We have full length oak offcuts from other doors that could be used for this. Door one: glass panel door. H1975 W839 D35 Door two: oak Mexicano door. Free: Decking wood (Temple EH23) Gifted Decking wood and rails from external steps. Most of the wood is in reasonable condition and newly painted. It is a few years old however and has some small areas of rot at the ends (easily sawn off). Must collect from Temple, near Gorebridge on Friday 31st May - Sunday 2nd June. I will dissemble prior to uplift. Please, no time wasters.
